At Dubstep World, we want your bass to be perfect. If your audio gear doesn't hit the right notes, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the electronics you wish to return.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
